Natalie Russell

Natalie is a Dundee based author, illustrator, and printmaker.  Since graduating from the Master of Design programme at University of Dundee, Natalie has worked as the Education Co-ordinator at Dundee Contemporary Arts Print Studio, taught illustration at Edinburgh College of Art and now teaches illustration at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design. Natalie developed her first children’s book with Bloomsbury, ‘Hamish the Highland Cow’ and was shortlisted for ‘Best New Illustrator’ in the Booktrust Early Years Awards. Since then she has produced ‘Home Sweet Hamish’ and ‘Donkey’s Busy Day’ (Bloomsbury), ‘Moon Rabbit’, ‘Brown Rabbit in the City’ and ‘Lost for Words‘ (Macmillan).
